CaliKale Express is dedicated to providing the freshest, quality produce under the highest level of hashgacha. We are certified under the Rabbinical Council of California (RCC). Our mashgichim are rigorously trained specifically in checking produce for bugs and are able to easily identify the various kinds of insects commonly found in greens. A detailed explanation of the checking process in explained in our video below.

**At Calikale Express, we understand your concerns about potential allergens in the foods you eat. Our primary goal is to provide accurate information on the packaging of each product. To do this, we carefully manage the ingredients we buy and how we prepare our products.

While we take extreme cautions to minimize the risk of cross contamination, we cannot guarantee that any of our products are safe to consume for people with peanut, tree nut, milk, egg or wheat allergies.
